Cacao Ceremonies are a space to gather with warmth, consent, and care, a calm space to connect with yourself and others.
Myself and Ruth (podcast partner, soul sister and partner in crime) went to Durham and passed our Cacao ceremonialist Diploma In December 2025, and our Women’s Circle Facilitator diploma.
Our women’s circles are all about holding a safe space for beautiful ladies, and ceremonially drinking the healing raw medicinal cacao to open our heart chakra and become the most authentic person we are meant to be.
We will be hosting these circles in our own personalized way. Through crafting, making flower crowns to celebrate ourselves. There will be releasing kundalini breath work, relaxing breathwork, meditations, drumming, beautiful music and perhaps deep conversations.
The most important part of our circles is celebrating our authentic spirits, celebrating our beautiful female uniqueness. Loving ourselves and celebrating each other in a safe space together. Come as you are, this circle is held for you.
